Our Menu Style is deliciously different. We offer a four course, no-choice menu cooked by William O’Callaghan, Chef/ Owner. This menu (changes daily) allows William (who cooks alone) focus his energy on premium offerings and concentrate on what he does best, cooking exquisite food. Everything on the plate is fresh and in season, from our walled kitchen garden, farm, bee hives and surrounding hedgerows nearby. Our Meats, fish, cheeses, eggs are sourced from local artisan butchers and farms so the quality of our ingredients is the very best that we can offer on any given day. William also oversees the gardens and farm at Longueville House. He is passionate about using the raw materials from the estate which celebrates the wonderful food heritage of his home
Diets Catered to ~ Vegetarian, Coeliac & Strict Food Allergies (ie. Nuts/Shellfish) are accommodated with notice. Please inform Longueville at time of booking.
Dinner Time ~ All guests sit for dinner at the same time of 7.30pm. If you would like to enjoy a pre-dinner aperitif in the bar, allow 45 mins ahead. Between 6.45pm – 7pm, William will briefly discuss the evening’s menu. It may also be the right time to enjoy a pre-dinner Longueville House Cocktail (alcoholic & non-alcoholic) or choose a nice wine or beverage to pair with dinner. Out of consideration for our other guests we ask that patrons arrive on time for dinner as it’s hugely appreciated by everyone. Thank you. Dress Code is smart casual or as glam as you wish!
