William and his dedicated team prepare, cook and serve the most seasonal and freshest ingredients available to them from the estates farm, gardens, orchards and hedgerows.
Our Presidents' Menu, which changes seasonally is the fruit of their labour. This menu is available Wednesdays and Thursdays from 6.30pm to 8pm and Fridays and Saturdays from 6:30pm to 8:30pm.
A Seven Course Tasting Menu is available on weekend evenings during the Spring/Summer season (April through September) - Fridays & Saturdays from 6.30pm to 8pm.
On Wednesdays & Thursdays when open, we offer a Seasonal Early Bird Menu from 5pm until 6:30pm sharp.
On select Sunday evenings we offer a Sunday Buffet Dinner Menu from 6:30pm until 8pm.
The team also offers superbly imaginative alternatives to Vegetarian and Vegan diners, effortlessly accommodated with a little notice.
Half board packages are also available to guests who book directly with the house. Please check with hotel reception for our terms.
Pre-booking for all our menus is required. We require minimum 24 hours notice to guarantee a table and subject to availability.
