










Guests of Longueville have the chance to experience the thrill of flying a Hawk, seeing a Falcon swooping across the skies or an Owl gliding towards a gloved hand. This happens on the grounds during a 90-minute Falconry Experience and Hawk Walk.
on the River Blackwater - Longueville owns 1.5 miles of our own fishing rights on the beautiful Blackwater adjoining the estate, approx. 50 miles upstream from the river estuary at Cappoquin. The season opens on 1st February and closes on 30th September annually. We’ll pack you a wholesome picnic while you fish for supper and cure & smoke your catch if you like!
Orchard Walk and Talk followed by a Tour of our on-site Cider House and Distillery with Tastings of our home-made premium beverages, lasts 90 minutes.
Meetings on selected days at Cork racecourse Mallow only 1km from Longueville House.
Ballyhoura Mountain Bike Trail Network is the largest trail network of its kind in Ireland and provides many options for off-road cycling in the mountains. Located on the Cork/Limerick borders, it is only a half hours drive from Longueville House.
There are many designated longer-distance walking trails within 25 minutes, including the Duhallow Way, The Blackwater Way, The Ballyhoura Way, the Nagle Mountains and the Boggeraghs. We’ll pack you a wholesome picnic while you tackle one of the area’s many trails. For less strenuous walking, there are 500 acres of Walled Gardens, Woodlands & Parklands within our estate to explore.
