Intimate Weddings, Non-Exclusive Rental/ House Sharing
Longueville House also welcomes small, intimate weddings on a house sharing basis. We have a selection of dining areas where smaller weddings can be accommodated privately. Our Library seats a maximum 14 guests. The Chinese Room seats a maximum 18 guests. The Presidents’ room seats a maximum 44 guests. Non-exclusive, on-site ceremonies are accommodated both indoors and outdoors.
When Longueville is used on a non-exclusive basis, meaning it’s being shared with other resident and dinner guests and in deference to these guests, bar times are more limited and entertainment of a low-key nature must be pre-approved. Guests gather after dinner in the drawing room for drinks, conversation and some light background non-amplified entertainment finishing at normal bar closing times.
