Longueville House are looking to recruit experienced full time and part time restaurant personnel to assist in the day to day running of our Food & Beverage department. Service ranges from Breakfast, morning coffees, lounge food, afternoon teas, dinner and Sunday lunch. We also cater to a lot of group events and business meetings.

Longueville House have the following positions available:


Longueville House are currently recruiting an Experienced Head Waiter to assist Management in the day to day running of a well regarded Country House Hotel and Restaurant. The position requires an enthusiastic, reliable, efficient, energetic & self motivated individual who is looking for long term employment (minimum contract 2 years). 



  • Excellent communication skills, self motivated and able to work in a small harmonious team environment.
  • Strong Leadership skills. 
  • Ability to demonstrate good people management skills and provide excellent customer service.
  • Ability to work well & efficiently under pressure.
  • Very high Standards of Personal Presentation & Grooming.
  • Availability to work across all hotel operating hours.
  • Fluent English Speaker.

Previous experience in a similar role is essential. 


Housekeeping/Accommodation Supervisor

Longueville House wish to recruit a full time Housekeeping/Accommodation Assistant Supervisor to share role of supervising this department at Longueville House. The role requires a bright, reliable, physically fit and self motivated candidate with a huge eye for detail! Experience in similar style country house or small hotel desirable. We wish to stress the role is a working/supervisory role, so the accommodation supervisor works alongside staff as well as supervising them. 


  • Excellent communication skills with Co-workers, Guests and Management
  • Systems orientated applicants
  • Two full years (minimum) previous hotel work experience within the housekeeping/accommodations department
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintain and improve hotel cleanliness and maintenance standards
  • Self motivated, ability to work in a small harmonious team environment 
  • Ability to work well under pressure - on your own (occasionally)
  • High Standard of Personal Hygiene, Grooming & Presentation
  • To be physically strong, fit & able for the role
  • Availability to work across all hotel operating hours (mornings, evenings & weekends essential)
  • Fluent in english language

Preference will be given to applicant who can demonstrate good all round abilities in accommodation/housekeeping services. Only applicants with the required experience and skill levels will be replied to.
