ALL INCLUSIVE PACKAGES
We have a restaurant with a highly regarded reputation both at home and internationally. Chef/Proprietor William O’Callaghan personally oversees the kitchen and is blessed with the fact that Longueville is almost completely self-sufficient. Seasonal vegetables, fruit and herbs from our walled garden, free range eggs from our hens and ducks, fresh river salmon, lamb and pork from our farm - even a few bottles of apple brandy and wine come from the estate! One of the greatest rewards of staying at Longueville House is not the beautifully appointed period house, nor is it the wonderful cuisine in our Presidents’ Restaurant and Victorian Conservatory. It is the care and attention our personnel provides to guests under the watchful eye of The O’Callaghan Family, your hosts.
At Longueville we offer our bridal parties a total of three banqueting packages to include dinner and sparkling wines/ champagne and wines before and during the wedding meal:
Below are the suggested dishes from William O’Callaghan, Chef/Proprietor for the all inclusive packages. Should some of these produce be out of season on your wedding date, William will be more than happy to recommend alternative substitute dishes or produce. The sparkling wines/ champagnes and wines that are included in these packages are hand picked and imported directly from the vineyards by Jane O’Callaghan of Longueville Wines. All are of a superior quality to match our food and offer our bridal parties genuine value. Should a particular wine or vintage be unavailable we will substitute this with a similar style and quality wine.
Important: To maintain a higher standard of catering and service we offer a pre chosen, set menu on the day. We cater very well to vegetarians, vegans or special dietary requirements with notice. We will need to be informed in advance of names and table numbers where special diets are required to ensure a seamless service on the day.
Final menu choices are required by the hotel at least one month prior to your wedding date.
