Accommodation:
There are in total 20 Guest Bedrooms (18 Double & two Box Rooms) for your family and friends to stay in, accommodating in total 38/40 house guests.
By taking the entire house on a sole/exclusive basis (all 20 Guest bedrooms), we can ensure privacy and space and allow plenty of attention to detail. Your wedding can be just like a private house party and we can make it as formal or informal as you wish.
Check in time is 3.00pm & Check out time is 12.00noon. The hotel will endeavour to accommodate guests arriving early whenever possible.

If you require bedrooms the nights before or after the wedding date, please contact our reservations department directly as the above rates only apply to the night of the wedding reception. Thank you.
Weekend Weddings:
When booking a Weekend wedding (Friday or Saturday) in 2010, we require that a minimum of 15 Guest bedrooms for double occupancy to be booked. The full services of restaurant & bar must be used on this night.
A special Accommodation & Breakfast flat rate of €180.00 per room per night for double or single occupancy.
Single rooms (only 2 available) €75.00 each B&B year round.
Third person sharing in Junior Suite €50.00.
Midweek Weddings:
When booking a Midweek wedding (Sunday to Thursday incl) 2010, a minimum of 12 Guest bedrooms for double occupancy to be booked. The full services of restaurant & bar must be used on this night.
A special Accommodation & Breakfast rate of €160.00 per room per night (flat rate) for double or single occupancy.
Single rooms (only 2 available) €75.00 each B&B year round.
Third person sharing in Junior Suite €50.00.
Civil Weddings:
Longueville House has been approved to host civil marriage ceremonies on site. Civil wedding ceremonies are approved to take place in two areas on site, in both The Presidents’ Room and The Library. For Civil Ceremonies, we can accommodate up to 60 Guests. The Presidents’ Room will hold 60 Guests and for smaller numbers, The Library will hold 18 Guests. There is a hire charge of €160 for these room. Both rooms feed into the Turner Conservatory on ground floor.

Dining Ethos:
We have a restaurant with a highly regarded reputation both at home and internationally. Chef/Proprietor William O’Callaghan personally oversees the kitchen and is blessed with the fact that Longueville is almost completely self-sufficient. Seasonal vegetables, fruit and herbs from our walled garden, free range eggs from our hens and ducks, fresh river salmon, lamb and pork from our farm - even a few bottles of apple brandy and wine come from the estate! One of the greatest rewards of staying at Longueville House is not the beautifully appointed period house, nor is it the wonderful cuisine in our Presidents’ Restaurant and Victorian Conservatory. It is the care and attention our personnel provides to guests under the watchful eye of The O’Callaghan Family, your hosts.
Seating Arrangements:
The Maximum number of guests catered to for a wedding meal /Reception is 140 people spread over four dining areas. Part of the charm & individuality of Longueville House is the homely, country house atmosphere offering a variety of dining ambiances that we have specially created for you. Dining arrangements are in The Turner Conservatory (seats up to 74 guests), The Presidents’ Restaurant (seats up to 38 guests), & The Library (seats up to 16 guests) & are all interconnected. Should your Guest numbers exceed 128 guests, we can offer The Chinese Room as an additional dining area, set slightly separately from the other three dining areas. This lovely room seats 16 guests.
Rehearsal Dinner:
The evening prior to your wedding reception, we can organise a pre-rehearsal dinner for your families in one of the private setting of our Chinese Room (Seats 18), Library (seats 14) or Presidents’ Room (Seats 40).
Our Extensive Grounds enhances your Wedding Albumn:
During fine weather our delightful parklands, walled gardens and vineyard provide wonderful arrays of flowers and shrubbery providing the perfect backdrop for your photo album. Longueville truly is a photographer’s delight!
Simple flower arrangements enhance the house and tables however the bride may decide and, is most welcome to use her own florist.
Food & Beverage Packages:
Silver Package €100 per person.
Gold Package €125.00 per person.
Platinum Package €150.00 per person.
These packages include pre dinner canapés, dinner, late night food, bubbly reception & toast, wines during meal, basically food & beverages up to and during the wedding banquet. Detailed information on each of these inclusive menus can be provided upon request.
Tailor Made Package:
Alternatively some bridal couples may wish to opt from the “Tailor Made” Package and in so doing, choose their own menu and wine selection for their big day. A comprehensive a la carte menu can be provided upon request.
Wines & Wine Corkage:
Longueville House offers an excellent quality & excellent value wine and champagne list. All listed wines & champagnes are imported by us directly from the individual vineyards and offers added value as superior quality is guaranteed. Wine corkage is also offered to bridal parties who may wish to supply their own wines. A comprehensive wine list can be provided upon request.
