“We got married at Longueville House last week and it was perfect. Longueville is an idyllic country setting in the Blackwater valley, with stunning views and beautiful grounds which were great for an outdoor champagne reception with lively jazz, for formal and informal wedding photos and for children to explore and play. The house itself is grand yet welcoming, homely and relaxed. The conservatory was the perfect place for the wedding dinner and speeches, with views outside, and inside decorated to perfection. The food and wine at Longueville were beyond compare, William O'Callaghan is a culinary genius with his fresh produce from the farm. The service really made the whole experience for us and for our guests. Everybody spoke about how well looked after we all were, the staff (especially Evelyn who organised everything so well) were truly incredible, anticipating our every need and being so friendly and professional. We really could not have asked for a better wedding venue in terms of value for money, location, setting, food, wine and the staff at Longueville, and would recommend it to anyone as a perfect wedding venue”.

“We've stayed at Longueville a number of times over the last few years and are never left wanting. The staff are second to none and bring out the best in Longueville. Longueville is not the location for swimming pools and golf courses. It is for relaxing in mature surroundings with incredible food.
We loved the place so much, we decided to get married there. Our family and friends couldn't say enough about the place. We took over Longueville for a couple of days and it was like our home. Longueville does not have any stuffy elements to it.

“We both had an amazing day. It really could not have been better. Everyone was delighted they are still talking about your friendly staff, amazing food, location (for some of the photos you would swear we were in Tuscany wow) and of course the weather that you arranged). We could not fault anything. Downstairs worked so well I really can't believe the space. Our Guests had an amazing time and said it was the best wedding they ever had been too. We have had so many thank you cards from people. My Mum and Dad had a super day they were so proud they are still chatting about how fabulous the day went. Darragh and myself will not be strangers. We did travel around Ireland after the wedding to a few other country houses and we have to admit Longueville is still Tops for us”.
