Accommodation

There are in total 20 Guest Bedrooms,18 double rooms & two box single rooms for your family and friends to stay in, accommodating in total 38/40 house guests. By taking exclusive use of the entire house, that is all 20 Guest bedrooms will thus ensure privacy and space and allow plenty of attention to detail. Your wedding can be just like a private house party and we can make it as formal or informal as you wish. For overflow guests, there are several local Guest Houses and B&B’s within a four mile radius of Longueville House. Mallow also has an ample fleet of taxies at your service. It is always prudent to pre book taxies however on busier weekends, such as public holiday periods.

When booking a weekend wedding (Friday or Saturday), we require that all 20 Guest bedrooms for occupancy to be booked. The full services of restaurant & bar to be used on these nights.

When booking a midweek wedding (Sunday to Thursday incl), a minimum of 15 Guest bedrooms for double occupancy to be booked. The full services of restaurant & bar to be used on this night.

A special B&B flat rate of €180.00 per room per night for double or single occupancy is available.
Single box rooms (only two available) €75.00 each B&B.
Third person sharing in Junior Suite €50.00.

Accommodation Terms

Check-in time is 3.00pm & check-out time is 12.00noon. The hotel will endeavour to accommodate guests arriving early whenever possible. Late check-out can be pre-arranged with hotel at a rate of €10 per hour per room, but no later than 3.00pm.

If you require bedrooms the nights before or after your wedding date, please contact our reservations department directly at the time of initial booking as we cannot guarantee room availability at a later time to you. The above rates only apply to the night of the wedding reception.
