William and his dedicated team prepare, cook and serve the most seasonal and freshest ingredients available to them from the estates farm, gardens, orchards and hedgerows. A seven-course tasting menu which changes daily is the fruit of their labour. The team also offer superbly imaginative alternatives to Vegetarian and Vegan diners, effortlessly accommodated with a little notice. The menu comprises of amuse bouche, appetiser, fish course, sorbet, meat or vegetarian course, cheese selection, dessert and coffee with petit four. Guests are also welcome to dine three courses of larger portions from our tasting menu as an alternative.  This tasting menu changes daily and is served Wednesdays through Sundays from 6.30pm to 8pm. On weekends - Fridays & Saturdays from 6.30pm to 9pm. We offer half board packages to guests who book directly with the house. Please check with hotel reception for terms.
