For a most unique tour experience, and a chance to learn about Irish cider making and brandy distillation, make sure you book a tour and talk of our on-site Boozery! It's an interesting and educational tour of our apple orchards, crush house and distillery followed by a tasting of Longueville House Cider, Longueville House Cider Mór and Longueville House Apple Brandy.
Of the 500 acres that make up the estate of Longueville House, 25 acres are planted with apple trees from which the O'Callaghan family produces one of the best craft apple ciders in Ireland. Some of this cider is then double distilled to make Irelands only Apple Brandy.
With the guidance of Dan Duggan - Longuevilles’ charming Distiller and Cider maker, you will see for yourself this unique process on-site at Longueville House where it all happens.
Stay for Lunch, why not? Chef/Proprietor William O’Callaghan and his team will prepare a seasonal luncheon harvested from our Walled Garden and Farm, all washed down with Longueville House Cider or finished with a toast of our Apple Brandy!
Distillery talk tours are available for groups from 10 Guests upwards Wednesday through Sunday, and are available with or without the Luncheon package. This wonderfully unique activity is ideal for Corporate groups and Parties, especially when combined with some Fly Fishing or Clay Pigeon Shooting, all available on the property.
