Longueville has 20 sumptuous guest bedrooms and suites, all individually furnished and tastefully decorated in the country house style.
Every comfort is assured with fluffy cotton towels, luxury toiletries from The White Company plus lots of interesting books to read. But the “piece de resistance” has to be the stunning south facing views of The Blackwater Valley. All bedrooms and suites are located on the first and second floor, taking complete advantage of the surrounding sylvan setting.
The rear of the house with equally charming vistas overlooks our Palladian Courtyard and Walled Garden. As Longueville House is all about relaxing and unwinding, you will undoubtedly find yourself tuning into the calming sound of native songbird or bleating sheep right outside your bedroom window.
Longueville, a listed heritage house does not have an elevator. Access to guest bedrooms is via the central staircase, generous and wide with a gradient not too steep.
Free Wifi is available throughout the house though it has to be said some areas experience stronger signal than others due to location and thickness of the walls - it is afterall a 300 year old building! Longueville is all about 'switching off' so all our bedrooms are free from the intrusion of televisions though we do have a 'roving' TV which can be set up in your bedroom by prior arrangement. Otherwise Guests are welcome to watch TV with other patrons in the comfort of the Mount Hillary Room on the ground floor.
Longueville may accept small pets by prior arrangement in designated bedrooms so please contact the hotel for more information on property Pet Policy.
